Eclipse's Specialties:
Martha plays left-hand bass, chords, and leads on 2 Yamaha keyboards while Kathy plays a digital Roland drum set. Both sing and play at the same time, resulting in a huge sound for just 2 people! Because we are fully digital, we have absolute control over our volume, so patrons can enjoy the music and still socialize with friends. Eclipse can Emcee your event and keep things organized and moving. Most importantly, Eclipse knows how to read the room and provide the right music at the right time for the right people. We're not stuck on a set list. We watch how people respond and we give them what they like. We are a very audience-centered duo, which is why so many people love Eclipse! In 2024, Eclipse heard Dylan Kaercher perform, and Dylan heard Eclipse. They all thought, hey, why don't we work together? And the rest is history - together they are Neon Highway. Dylan is so entertaining as "lead man" (as opposed to "chick singer") and our music spans decades, reaching young and old. Neon Highway has a huge following in Austin and is looking to expand its performances throughout Minnesota and Iowa.

Ya know what else? Dylan becomes Roxi Manacoochie, award-winning female impersonator, and Eclipse becomes The Aquanettes, Roxi's backup band! Roxi Manacoochie and The Aquanettes play drag brunches every 3 months at Austin Eagles, as well as at events all over the Midwest. See our EVENTS page for dates of our upcoming shows!
